Canada residents pay no U.S. taxes. However, custom
charges may apply. If you are a Canada resident, please
check with the competent authorities of your province
before making your purchase.

with your name, telephone number, the item number, and
description, we will then contact you for payment
information and shipping destination.
 Return and Exchange
Policy
Purchases will still enjoy a standard 7 day refund
guarantee minus shipping/labor costs incurred by Midwest
Diamond Imports. Please notify us of any item being
returned. All documents must accompany the item
purchased. The returned package must be postmarked
within 7 days starting on the day that the item was
received to ensure credit. For example, If you received
the item on November 1st, the returned package must be
postmarked by the post office by November 8th.
Please note there is a
$70.00 standard restocking fee for returned platinum
items.
Returns will be thoroughly examined by a gemologist to
verify that the diamond returned, is in fact the
original diamond shipped. Jewelry must be in it's
original condition. Items altered in any manner will not
be issued a refund. There
will be a $250.00 replacement charge for missing/damaged
certificates.

Upgrading/Trading Up
All client transactions will be carefully documented and
kept on file for future reference in the event that you
would like to trade in your diamond. Details will be
discussed at time of trade in. Midwest Diamond Imports offers a
Lifetime Diamond Upgrading Policy, providing the
diamond is not damaged/altered at the time of trade in.
